SCANCON Encoders provide assistance and technical support throughout the encoder’s lifecycle, from identification of the customer's needs, to delivery, installation, and encoder use or replacement. Maintenance questions? All questions are welcome!

Rapid manufacturing

If the delivery is urgent, we offer express manufacturing for most products. Some products require a hardening process of 24 hours to achieve the correct component endurance. Which these products are can be seen on their respective product pages in Expedited Service.

Normal delivery

Production at SCANCON Encoders is “customer-order-driven”, with the regular lead time every encoder is traceable from customer order and all the way through manufacturing, tests and verification. The result is extremely good accuracy and delivery performance.
